According to clinical research, this patented plant extract from fenugreek naturally supports the secretion of free testosterone.⁽¹⁾ Test subjects who used 600mg of Testofen™ a day showed an increase of 98,81% in free testosterone secretion compared to test subjects who got a placebo. Other human studies were done in 2010, 2014 and 2015 showing an increase of free testosterone levels⁽²⁾, an increase of muscular strength and a decrease in body fat.⁽³⁾⁽⁴⁾ Testofen™ has a positive effect on libido⁽⁵⁾ and improves sexual functioning in healthy aging males.⁽⁶⁾  Each serving contains 700mg.



This plant extract is standardized at 7 - 10% whitanolides and is traditionally used to support the hormone system⁽⁷⁾ and helps to increase muscle mass and strength of athletes.⁽⁸⁾⁽⁹⁾ Each serving contains 500mg Ashwagandha.


Rhodiola Rosea 

This Siberian plant extract, also known as Golden Root, is an adaptogen that stimulates general vitality and power. A number of studies have shown that rhodiola rosea both improves physical as mental performances and that it is able to postpone fatigue.⁽¹º⁾⁽¹¹⁾⁽¹²⁾⁽¹³⁾⁽¹⁴⁾ It also helps stimulating the recovery process after intense workouts and has an anti-catabolic effect as it decreases the secretion of the cortisol stress hormone.⁽¹⁵⁾ SynTest PM contains 400mg Rhodiola Rosea, which synergistically interacts with the other ingredients in the formula. 


Avena Sativa

This Oat Seed extract is reported to enhance the release of luteinizing hormone. This is said to stimulate the production of testosterone. SynTest PM contains 250mg.


Saw Palmetto 

Saw palmetto, or Serenoa Repens, keeps the hormone system in balance. Scientists have found that saw palmetto can slow down 5-alpha reductase. This enzyme converts testosterone into an androgen hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT).⁽¹⁶⁾ In other words, saw palmetto blocks the conversion of testosterone into DHT reducing the levels of DHT in the blood. Therefore, the testosterone - DHT ratio will be influenced positively.⁽¹⁷⁾ Saw palmetto also helps stimulating the prostate’s health and had a positive effect on the sexual function.⁽¹⁸⁾ Each serving contains 160mg.


Urtica Dioica

This Stinging Nettle extract has an extremely high SHBG binding activity (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin), allowing to deliver more free testosterone.⁽¹⁹⁾⁽²⁰⁾ Free testosterone is biologically active as opposed to bound testosterone. Furthermore, Urtica Dioica also slows down the conversion of testosterone into DHT. Each serving contains 120mg.


Piper Nigrum

This Black Pepper extract improves the absorption in the blood of the other ingredients. It is standardized at 95% piperine.


ZMA Complex

This complex is composed of 300mg Magnesium, 22,5mg Zinc and 6mg Vitamin B6.

Intense workouts can lead to fast depletion of zinc and magnesium levels. Subsequently, zinc and magnesium deficits can lead to a decrease in testosterone production, cramps, exhaustion and lethargy.
