Ordering from SynTech is easy, fast and safe. Place your order before 13.00 hrs on a working day, and it will be prepared and send out immediately (next day delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg). We deliver to all European countries and the UK. Once you have placed your order, you receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is prepared and ready to go, you will receive another email with a tracking link. You will also receive a free sample of your choice with each order.

  • Processing time at local customs can take longer than expected, which can impact delivery time.

 

SHIPPING PARTNER & TRACKING

To ensure you parcel is delivered as soon as possible, all orders are shipped by DPD Group (www.dpd.com/be/en). Once your parcel has left our premises and reaches the warehouse of DPD, you can start tracking it with the tracking link we sent you. On the day of delivery you will receive a direct email from DPD which will indicate the estimated time of delivery (*see example below). If you are not at home to receive the parcel, there are two options to change the scheduled delivery:

  1. Change the delivery date and/or address.
  2. Authorize the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place without a signature.

In case you don’t see the email in time and you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will  be delivered to the nearest DPD pickup parcel shop.
