It hardly ever happens, but in case you would like to return (part of) your order, you can contact our Customer Service and they will guide you through the return process.

A product can be returned if:

  • It is returned in 30 days.
  • It is intact and complete and in the case of nutritional product and supplements, provided the original packaging is not damaged and the seals unopened.
  • It is not worn / washed in the case of clothing or relevant accessories.
  • If a complete order is returned, the goodies and samples must also be returned. If these are not returned they may be charged.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Goodies, samples and discount coupons cannot be exchanged for money, shop credit or reward points.
  • Products that can perish within the cooling-off period.



Unfortunately products cannot be exchanged.



  1. Contact our Customer Service here, by email ( or by phone (+32 (0)55 23 54 45). Please provide us your order number so we can help you efficiently.
  2. We will send you a withdrawal form with a RET number by email.
  3. Add the completed form to the package and mark the RET number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Pack your order well so that it arrives back to us in good condition.
  5. We will arrange a pickup by DPD. Keep the proof of shipping with tracking code.
  6. Once we receive your returned order, we will examine it. If the items are received in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send the refund to the bank account you paid with.
  7. If you wish to receive a coupon for your next order instead of a refund, you can indicate this on the withdrawal form.
  8. Your earned reward points for that order will automatically be cancelled. In case you also spent points on that order, those will automatically be reimbursed and your point balance will be updated.



  • The same amount is charged as the normal shipping cost to your country (see the list here). This amount will be deducted from the purchase amount of the returned items.
  • Return fees will not be charged in case of: 
  1. You have received a different product than you ordered.
  2. The product you ordered was damaged at the time of delivery.
  3. The best-before date of the product has expired at the time of delivery.



Consumers are entitled during a period of 14 days as from the delivery not to keep the goods (right of withdrawal). Consumers are then allowed to return the order without paying a fine and without being due any motivation.

SynTech Nutrition will repay the full purchasing price within 14 days after the goods are received and checked by SynTech Nutrition, by the same way of payment by the customer.

SynTech Nutrition is entitled to suspend repayment until it has received the goods or until the consumer has shown that the goods have been returned, depending on which of both events takes place first. Goods must be returned to SynTech Nutrition in their original packaging. They may have been unpacked or handled to the extent as needed to assess whether or not the consumer wants to keep them. The external sleeve (with logo) around the lid must be intact and the internal seal of the can unopened.
