/// PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Aestr-X is a powerful pre-workout drink specially designed without creatine and without carbs. Some athletes don’t want creatine in their pre-workout, as they already take creatine separately or they are in a “cycle-off” phase.

It supplies the body with the necessary amino acids which give you an amazing muscle pump and increase your workout capacity and endurance. It stimulates NO (Nitric Oxide) production and improves blood flow from and to the active muscles. As oxygen transport increases, more nutrients and hormones are being transported to the muscles. Aestr-X is formulated with high-dosed synergistic ingredients and is a very tasteful instant drink.

Suited for:

/// RECOMMENDED USE

1 serving = Mix 1/2 sachet (11g) with 350ml of water 20 minutes before your training (contains 122mg Caffeine).

Beta-Alanine can cause mild tingling (paresthesia), which is temporary and harmless.

/// ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVING (11g)

NO Matrix: L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and L-Citrulline Malate

The human body converts L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate into nitrogen. Higher levels of nitrogen increase blood flow to the muscles⁽¹⁾ and therefore give you the ‘pump’ during and after your workout. Extra nitrogen also means extra muscle growth and better recovery. L-citrulline malate is a salt form of the amino acid L-citrulline which plays a vital role in the NO-balance and other metabolic processes. L-citrulline malate improves oxygen balance within the muscle cells⁽²⁾, increases the reuse of lactic acid for energy production⁽³⁾ and stimulates aerobic ATP-production. It also significantly reduces fatigue and increases aerobic performance.⁽⁴⁾ L-citrulline malate increases the synthesis of phosphorus creatine by 20% which means you will recover more quickly in between power lifting sessions, making it possible for your muscles to grow faster. The combination of L-arginine AKG and L-citrulline malate is extremely efficient because it increases your muscle pump and improves stamina. Each serving contains 3g l-arginine AKG and 2g l-citrulline malate.

Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a lactic acid buffer which increases carnosine concentrations in the muscles.⁽⁵⁾ Increased concentrations of carnosine allow a number of biochemical mechanisms to postpone muscle fatigue in an efficient way. It also has positive effects on the explosive and peak power during long physical efforts, and it increases training capacity and energy levels.⁽⁶⁾ Beta-alanine also improves muscle recovery of power athletes, it stimulates intramuscular blood flow and improves stamina. Each serving contains 3g beta-alanine. This can cause mild tingling (paresthesia), which is temporary and harmless.

Taurine

Taurine is an important type of fuel for our muscles⁽⁷⁾ and brain.⁽⁸⁾ This amino acid-like ingredient stimulates the elimination of lactic acid, increases stamina and improves athletic performance.⁽⁹⁾

Energy & Mental Focus Blend

This blend is composed of 555mg Guarana, and 850mg Tyrosine. These substances serve your body’s needs during a workout as they improve concentration⁽¹⁰⁾, reaction time and alertness⁽¹¹⁾⁽¹²⁾ and they help to reduce fatigue.⁽¹³⁾  Unlike with chemical caffeine, you will not experience a crash after 45 minutes of training, as guarana is used as a caffeine source. Guarana releases caffeine slowly, producing a long-lasting energy plateau.
