Time Release Protein Matrix

A powerful time-release blend of fast (whey), medium (soy) and slow (casein) releasing protein. Each bar provides a total of 20g of protein, the minimum dosage required to initiate muscle protein synthesis and therefore contributing to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass.⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾⁽³⁾

L-Leucine

L-Leucine is one of the three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and considered as the most valuable amino acid one the three. Research has shown that at least 3 grams of l-leucine is required to activate and maximize muscle protein synthesis. It stimulates development of muscles and fat loss and has anti-catabolic effects because it decreases the excretion of cortisol (stress hormone). Combined with the BCAAs that naturally occur in the other protein sources, this strategic BCAA intake helps you accelerate recovery after power and endurance training and to have less muscle stiffness.⁽⁴⁾ Each bar contains the required 3g l-leucine.

Prebiotic Fibre

Each bar provides 4,8g of fibres, including prebiotic Fructo-Oligosaccharides.  

Steviol Glycosides

Stevia is known as one of nature´s best sweetener and is often touted as a safe and healthy sugar substitute to sweeten foods without the negative health effects linked to refined sugar. Stevia is 250 to 300 times as sweet as sugar but provides zero calories.
