/// PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SynPro Diet MRP is a Meal Replacement shake that supplies a strategic calorie intake combined with a vitamin and mineral complex. It contributes to weight loss if you substitute two of the main meals of an energy restricted diet with this delicious shake. SynPro Diet MRP consists of a smart Time Release Protein Matrix of fast and slow proteins and low impact carbs from Oats and Palatinose®. The formula is completed with Flaxseed, CLA, Green Tea and L-Carnitine as an extra support to weight loss.

The various protein fractions are gradually digested, producing a constant flow of amino acids. The carbohydrates have a low impact on the blood sugar level and produce a constant flow of energy. SynPro Diet MRP has a long lasting effect which has three advantages:

  1. The high protein content in SynPro Diet MRP contributes to maintain lean muscle mass.⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾⁽³⁾ People who want to lose weight can take a serving in the morning to replace breakfast. This way the calorie intake is reduced, but you still have all the necessary macro- and micronutrients you need.
  2. You will not feel hungry because the slow absorbing protein fractions, complex carbohydrates and fibers make you feel full for a longer period of time. Therefore you control your appetite and calorie intake.⁽⁴⁾
  3. As protein is harder to digest by the body than other macro nutrients, it stimulates the metabolism (Diet-Induced Thermogenesis).⁽⁵⁾ In order to control or to lose weight, SynPro Diet MRP is a perfect match. It helps to maintain muscle mass, so you can focus on losing fat, without having to worry about getting saggy muscles.⁽⁶⁾

Suited for:

  • Any type of athlete or person that is looking for an easy way to replace a meal.
  • As part of a (protein) diet plan
  • Persons that want to lose weight
  • Overweight or obese persons that want to change their body composition
  • Athletes that need to lose weight due to weight categories in their sport
  • Fitness and Body Building

/// ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVING (55G)

Time Release Protein Matrix

This matrix contains a whole range of amino acids and proteins, each with its specific absorption rate ranging from fast absorbing (Whey Protein) to slowly digesting substances (Milk Protein and Micellar Casein). Each serving contains 26g of protein.

Palatinose™ - Whole Oat Flour Complex

This high quality carbohydrate complex consists of 50% Palatinose™ and 50% natural Whole Oat Flour.

Palatinose™ is the patented name for isomaltulose. This carbohydrate is a derivative of a natural source of sucrose. Palatinose™ is the perfect carbohydrate as it has a low glycemic index, just like whole oat. The glycemic index (GI) of a carbohydrate is the value that indicates how much the blood glucose level rises after having eaten something. The lower the value, the better. Due to its slow and full absorption rate, it provides the muscles and brain with a constant and long-lasting energy flow. Each serving contains 17g of carbohydrates.

Green Tea

The active compound in green tea is called catechin Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) and has a positive effect on weight loss.⁽⁷⁾⁽⁸⁾⁽⁹⁾ Phenols in green tea slow down the enzymes that break down adrenaline and noradrenaline. Increased levels of these substances stimulate the transport of fat cells in the blood, making it easier for the muscles and organs to break them down. On a cellular level, phenols produce a similar effect. The phenols found in green tea, e.g. EGCG, stimulate the mitochondria in the cells to burn more fatty acids. Each serving provides with 500mg Green Tea.

L-Carnitine Tartrate

L-carnitine is a non-essential nutrient as it is produced by the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It transports long-chain fatty acids that are released from fat tissue into the mitochondria where they are oxidized for energy production. It helps people to lose weight and decrease their body mass index.⁽¹º⁾

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

CLA is made of safflower oil and contains no stimulants. CLA has a perfect mixture of the two active isomers (c9,t11) and (t10,c12). CLA supplementation decreases circulatory leptin levels⁽¹¹⁾⁽¹²⁾ and shows beneficial effects on body composition.⁽¹³⁾ Leptin is also called the satiety hormone. It helps to inhibit the feeling of hunger and it regulates the energy balance. Fat cells produce more leptin, which can make people who are overweight or obese leptin resistant. In other words, they are less sensitive to leptin. This means that the body is not able to detect the feeling of satiety. The body still triggers hunger responses, even though the energy stores and leptin levels are high. Supplementing CLA to your diet can reduce body fat⁽¹⁴⁾ and may increase lean body mass in obese adults⁽¹⁵⁾, because the calorie intake can be better controlled. Each serving contains 600mg CLA.

Vitamin & Mineral Complex

SynPro Diet MRP contains all necessary vitamins and minerals with a minimum of 30% of their Reference Intake. They play a crucial role in general health and have many benefits.⁽¹⁶⁾⁽¹⁷⁾⁽¹⁸⁾⁽¹⁹⁾⁾⁽²⁰⁾⁽²¹⁾⁽²²⁾⁽²³⁾⁽²⁴⁾⁽²⁵⁾

Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, Zinc and Selenium for example, contribute to the normal function of the immune system.⁽²⁶⁾ Vitamin C, E, Zinc and Selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.⁽²⁷⁾ Vitamin B2, B3, B6, B12, C and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.⁽²⁸⁾
