SynNOvator Beta+ is a powerful pre-workout beta-alanine supplement in capsules. It’s an innovative combination of synergistic NO-ingredients and beta-alanine. It increases muscle volume and optimizes the lactic acid energy system, postponing muscle fatigue. SynNOvator Beta+ gives you an amazing muscle pump and increases your workout capacity and endurance.

It stimulates Nitric Oxide (NO) production and improves blood flow from and to the active muscles. As oxygen transport increases, more nutrients and hormones are being transported to the muscles, which allows you to build up the energy you need and therefore boosts your performance.

On Training Days: take 5 caps (= 1 serving) in the morning on an empty stomach and 5 caps +/- 20 minutes before your workout.

On Non-Training Days: take 5 caps in the morning on an empty stomach and 5 caps +/- 20 minutes before lunch or dinner (contains 112,5mg Caffeine).

Take for a period of 10 – 12 weeks to achieve maximum results.


Beta-Alanine can cause mild tingling (paresthesia), which is temporary and harmless.

NO Matrix: L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, L-Citrulline Malate and L-Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate

The human body converts L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate into nitrogen. Higher levels of nitrogen increase blood flow to the muscles⁽¹⁾ and therefore give you the ‘pump’ during and after your workout. Extra nitrogen also means extra muscle growth and better recovery.

L-citrulline malate is a salt form of the amino acid L-citrulline which plays a vital role in the NO-balance and other metabolic processes. L-citrulline malate improves oxygen balance within the muscle cells⁽²⁾, increases the reuse of lactic acid for energy production⁽³⁾ and stimulates aerobic ATP-production. It also significantly reduces fatigue and increases aerobic performance.⁽⁴⁾ L-citrulline malate increases the synthesis of phosphorus creatine by 20% which means you will recover more quickly in between power lifting sessions, making it possible for your muscles to grow faster.

L-ornithine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that plays a key role in the metabolism of amino acids. It is a precursor of l-arginine and has a similar effect. L-ornithine is not a NO precursor in itself, but it is converted into l-arginine. This conversion takes some time, so by combining l-ornithine with l-arginine you can extend its effect. This is why these 2 amino acids are often combined. L-ornithine accelerates the removal of ammonia and other waste materials and decreases fatigue during your workout.⁽⁵⁾⁽⁶⁾ Each daily serving contains 4g l-arginine AKG, 2g l-citrulline malate and 1.1g l-ornithine AKG.

 

Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring beta amino acid that is produced in the liver.⁽⁷⁾ It has been identified as the precursor to carnosine synthesis⁽⁸⁾⁽⁹⁾, which means that beta-alanine functions as a lactic acid buffer as it can increase carnosine concentrations in the muscles. Increased concentrations of carnosine allow a number of biochemical mechanisms to postpone muscle fatigue in an efficient way.⁽¹⁰⁾⁽¹¹⁾  It also has positive effects on the explosive and peak power during long physical efforts, and it increases training capacity and energy levels.⁽¹²⁾⁽¹³⁾⁽¹⁴⁾ Beta-alanine is very efficient for sustained high intensity efforts starting from 30 seconds up to 4 minutes, like MMA, athletics, football, etc. SynNOvator Beta+ contains 4g beta-alanine.
