/// PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SynChronize is without doubt one of the most effective ”All-in-One” lean gainers available on the market. Its formula is a smart combination of fast and slow proteins, it contains a strategic amount of carbohydrates and a perfect blend of synergistic muscle builders. The protein content contributes to the growth of lean muscle mass and 3g of l-leucine was added to maximize muscle protein synthesis. The combination of Creapure® creatine and beta-alanine optimizes the ATP and the Lactic Acid Energy System and will increase your workout capacity.

SynChronize is an essential supplement suited for every modern athlete: two shakes a day will provide you with the essential ingredients in order to develop lean muscle mass without getting fat.

Suited for:

  • Each type of athlete who has difficulty to gain muscle mass, but still has to pay attention to the abdominal and waist section (lean gainer)

  • Each type of athlete or person who want to improve their physical performance

  • Fitness / Body Building

  • Martial Arts / MMA / Boxing

  • Athletics

  • Rugby / Soccer

  • Power Lifting

/// ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER DAILY SERVING (2 x 50g)

Time Release Protein Matrix

This matrix contains a whole range of amino acids and proteins, each with its specific absorption rate ranging from extremely fast absorbing (Whey Protein Hydrolysate and Whey Protein Isolate) to fast digesting compounds (Whey Protein Concentrate) over slowly digesting substances (Micellar Casein). Protein contributes to a growth of muscle mass.⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾⁽³⁾ Each daily serving contains 48g of protein.

Palatinose™ - Maltodextrin Complex

This high quality carbohydrate complex consists of 75% Palatinose™ and 25% Maltodextrin.

Maltodextrin is fast-digested and quickly replenishes the glycogen stocks. After a workout, our body breaks down muscular tissue to convert amino acids into glucose in order to produce energy. First priority is to increase carbohydrate levels and stop this process.

Palatinose™ is the patented name for isomaltulose. This carbohydrate is a derivative of a natural source of sucrose. Palatinose™ is the perfect carbohydrate as it has a low glycemic index. The glycemic index (GI) of a carbohydrate is the value that indicates how much the blood glucose level rises after having eaten something. The lower the value, the better. Due to its slow and full absorption rate, it provides the muscles and brain with a constant and long-lasting energy flow. The specific protein/carbohydrate ratio in the formula improves the development of lean muscular mass.⁽⁴⁾ Each daily serving contains 33g of carbohydrates.

Creapure® Creatine⁽⁵⁾⁽⁶⁾⁽⁷⁾

Creatine promotes physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.⁽⁸⁾ Our goal is to provide the safest and most effective creatine in the world. When it comes down to purity, safety and effectiveness, no other type of creatine can level up with Creapure®, patented and recognized worldwide as the benchmark for creatine quality. Each daily serving contains 4g Creapure® creatine.

Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a lactic acid buffer which increases carnosine concentrations in the muscles.⁽⁹⁾ Increased concentrations of carnosine allow a number of biochemical mechanisms to postpone muscle fatigue in an efficient way. It also has positive effects on the explosive and peak power during long physical efforts, and it increases training capacity and energy levels.⁽¹⁰⁾⁽¹¹⁾⁽¹²⁾ Beta-alanine also improves muscle recovery of power athletes, it stimulates intramuscular blood flow and improves stamina.

To optimize the use of the different energy systems, beta-alanine is often combined with creatine. This combination is more efficient on strength performance, developing lean muscular mass and burning fat than creatine alone.⁽¹³⁾ Each daily serving contains 3g beta-alanine. This can cause mild tingling (paresthesia), which is temporary and harmless.

L-Leucine

L-leucine is the most important amino acid of the BCAAs. Adding 3g l-leucine to a post-workout shake considerably increases muscle protein synthesis. It both stimulates development of muscles and fat loss and l-leucine has anti-catabolic effects because it decreases the excretion of cortisol (stress hormone). Combined with the BCAAs that naturally occur in the whey protein, this strategic BCAA intake helps you accelerate recovery after power and endurance training and helps to have less muscle stiffness.⁽¹⁴⁾

3g l-leucine was added to the formula, and in combination with the protein blend, each daily serving contains 14g BCAAs of which 8g l-leucine.
