SynPro Hydro is a 100% pure Instant Whey Protein Hydrolysate of excellent quality. It’s produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of Whey Protein Isolate. No other sources of Whey Protein or blends of protein are used. SynPro Hydro is rich in BCAAs and glutamine and contains almost no fat. Since the protein is already broken down into smaller peptides, it is the fastest absorbing protein fraction, so it is very quickly absorbed by the body and easily digested.

Whey Protein Hydrolysate (WPH)

The WPH used in SynPro Hydro is produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of a Whey Protein Isolate. Proteins are long chains of amino acids and they are linked through peptide bonds (polypeptides). Through an enzymatic process of hydrolysis, proteins are being pre-digested and broken down into smaller fragments consisting of shorter peptides and single amino acids.⁽⁵⁾⁽⁶⁾ This makes it easier to be utilized by the body and ensures a faster delivery. The faster the rise in blood amino levels, the greater the peak and total muscle protein synthesis response.
