L-Citrulline Malate combined with Vinitrox™

L-citrulline malate is a salt form of the amino acid L-citrulline which plays a vital role in the NO-balance and other metabolic processes. L-citrulline malate improves oxygen balance within the muscle cells⁽¹⁾, increases the reuse of lactic acid for energy production⁽²⁾ and stimulates aerobic ATP-production. It also significantly reduces fatigue and increases aerobic performance.⁽³⁾ L-citrulline malate increases the synthesis of phosphorus creatine by 20% which means you will recover more quickly in between power lifting sessions, making it possible for your muscles to grow faster.

 

Vinitrox™ is a unique synergistic blend of Grape and Apple polyphenols.

In the first place it has high vasodilating properties which improves the blood flow. Several clinical studies⁽⁴⁾ on cyclists show that Vinitrox™ increases the eNOs (endothelial Nitric Oxide synthase) activation with 43%. Subsequently Vinitrox™ acts in synergy with Citrulline Malate to increase the production of endothelium NOx with 24%.

A clinical study⁽⁵⁾⁽⁶⁾ shows that with 500mg Vinitrox™ per day the physical capacity increases by 10% and delays the fatigue barrier by 13%. Each serving contains 500mg Vinitrox™ and 3000mg l-citrulline malate.

Creatine combined with Beta-alanine

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.⁽¹⁰⁾ That’s why it’s suited for explosive sports like, martial arts, sprinting, cycling, weight lifting etc. 

Beta-alanine is a lactic acid buffer which increases carnosine concentrations in the muscles.⁽¹¹⁾ Increased concentrations of carnosine allow a number of biochemical mechanisms to postpone muscle fatigue in an efficient way. It also has positive effects on the explosive and peak power during long physical efforts, and it increases training capacity and energy levels.⁽¹²⁾⁽¹³⁾⁽¹⁴⁾ Beta-alanine also improves muscle recovery of power athletes, it stimulates intramuscular blood flow and improves stamina.

To optimize the use of the different energy systems, beta-alanine is often combined with creatine. This combination is more efficient on strength performance, developing lean muscular mass and burning fat than creatine alone.⁽¹⁵⁾ Each serving contains 3g creatine and 2g beta-alanine.
