Aesthetic Mass has been specially designed for hard gainers who want to build an amazing and massive aesthetic body. It contains all important mass packers ingredients: Whey Protein with Maltodextrin, Creatine, ZMA and a Vitamin Blend.

 

Aesthetic Mass delivers 950 kCal per daily serving, however it contains very little sugar and less than 1.8% fat.

/// RECOMMENDED USE

1 serving = Mix 3 scoops (125g) with 300ml of water. Take 2 servings per day, every day of the week.  

On Training Days: take 1 serving between meals and 1 serving after your workout.

On Non-Training Days: take 1 serving in the morning between meals and 1 serving in the afternoon between meals.

Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)

This WPC is obtained through a low temperature Cross-Flow Membrane (CFM) filtration technique and contains 11,3g of BCAA’s. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass.⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾⁽³⁾ Each serving contains 25g of protein and 5.7g BCAAs.

 

Maltodextrin

This high quality carbohydrate is fast-digested and quickly replenishes the glycogen stocks. After a workout, our body breaks down muscular tissue to convert amino acids into glucose in order to produce energy. First priority is to increase carbohydrate levels and stop this process. Hard gainers benefit the most from a shake rich in carbohydrates combined with at least 25g of protein per serving. When combined with protein, maltodextrins can enhance glycogen recovery and stimulate muscle protein synthesis after exercise.⁽⁴⁾  Each serving contains just over 85g of carbohydrates. 

 

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, like weight training.⁽⁵⁾⁽⁶⁾⁽⁷⁾⁽⁸⁾ A daily serving contains 6g of creatine.

 

Zinc Magnesium Complex

Intense workouts can lead to fast depletion of zinc and magnesium levels. Subsequently, zinc and magnesium deficits can lead to a decrease in testosterone production, cramps, exhaustion and lethargy. At the end of the nineties, researchers found that ZMA supplements could possibly increase testosterone production.⁽⁹⁾⁽¹⁰⁾ Magnesium is known to reduce fatigue and tiredness, and it helps you sleep better.⁽¹¹⁾⁽¹²⁾ Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.⁽¹³⁾⁽¹⁴⁾

 

Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C⁽¹⁵⁾⁽¹⁶⁾⁽¹⁷⁾⁽¹⁸⁾⁽¹⁹⁾⁽²⁰⁾  

Especially sportsmen and women need more of these water soluble vitamins. Vitamins are essential for a properly functioning body. According to research, there is a connection between vitamin B and sports performance. Vitamins B are used by the body to convert proteins and carbohydrates into energy. They are also essential for muscle recovery and cell production (muscle cells). Researchers at the Oregon State University discovered that athletes who have a vitamin B deficit perform worse, and their muscle recovery and growth goes slower than those of athletes who take enough vitamin B. Vitamin C is also a water soluble and essential in tissue growth and recovery. Furthermore, vitamin C is an anti-oxidant: it can block damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals can arise during intense workouts.
